External data not showing in Hololens experience

Hi community,

 

I made a Hololens application that uses external data from Thingworx for the experience.

When I click preview I can see the values (like in the picture).

 

However wehn I view the experience with the Hololens or with the Smartphone app, I can just see the name (Label:) but no numbers..

 

Any idea how to fix this?

Nevermind, I solved the problem.

 

Solution:

1) Set Access in Vuforia studio to "requires authetication"

2) Instead of binding the properties, go to services > getpropertyvalues > select the property and enable the configuration settings "auto-refresh" and "invoke on startup".

I forgot to mention, I binded the properties to the 3D lables (picture)
