Hello,

In the log file provided, we can found this kind of error :

[06/26/2018 14:50:13] error: [twx-studio:proxy] Proxy error { Error: connect ETIMEDOUT 54.89.253.192:443
[06/26/2018 14:50:13] GET /ExperienceService/viewcommandhost 500 21170.223 ms - -
[06/26/2018 14:50:13] at Object._errnoException (util.js:1021:11)

I suppose that you are using a proxy in Settings, in Vuforia Studio.

Is it correct ?

If the answer is yes and if I understood well the error message ; the proxy rejects the ip adress or URL of Vuforia Experience Service.

This is the server when clicking Publish, experience is published.

If you allow Vuforia Experience Service URL in your proxy, is it solving the problem ?

Hi,

I did as you suggested and allowed an exception for the Vuforia experience service URL on the proxy. However the problem still persists. Additionally, I am not able to auto configure my PTC account on Thingworx - it says auto-configure failed, check log for errors. I have attached the log below.

Hello,

In the new log, we can see this error very often :

[06/27/2018 12:52:57] debug: [twx-studio:proxy] Proxying request using: thingworxServer=https://mrw1f1gc.studio-trial.thingworx.io, sslValidate=true

[06/27/2018 12:52:59] port: 80 } null 200
[06/27/2018 12:52:59] error: [twx-studio:proxy] twx server proxy error...

It seems like a problem in settings baout the proxy.

What are the settings values used ?

Best regards,

Samuel
