Failed to install thingworx studio

When I run the thingworx studio installer named : setup.exe, it fails and the log file says: (more info can be found in attachment)
ERROR SUMMARY

* Activation of https://studio-download.vuforia.io/downloads/ThingworxMobileBuilderApp.application resulted in exception. Following failure messages were detected:
+ Activation failed.
+ system can't find specific files。 (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070002)
