Failed to install thingworx studio

When I run the thingworx studio installer named : setup.exe,  it fails and the log file says: (more info can be found in attachment)

ERROR SUMMARY

Below is a summary of the errors, details of these errors are listed later in the log.

* Activation of https://studio-download.vuforia.io/downloads/ThingworxMobileBuilderApp.application resulted in exception. Following failure messages were detected:

+ Activation failed.

+ system can't find specific files。 (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070002)

Isaiah Chen​ : Could you also please share details regarding your machine and environment specifications like OS, Hardware RAM, Graphic card?

My laptop is DELL PRECISION 7510

OS: WINDOWS 7  64BIT

MEMORY: 32 GB

GRAPHIC CARDS:

     NVIDIA QUADRO M2000M

     AND

     INTERL HD GRAPHICS 530
