Failed to load error

Hi everyone,

 

Can anyone help me out with the below error.

 

While I am uploading cad file to vuforia studio by ticking the cad optimizer and allow access to  metadata 

it is giving me failed to load error. The reference image has been attached below.

Hi @Aditya1702 , 

Have you tried to upload the file without enabling the CAD optimizer and allowing access to metadata? If this works fine, it may be possible the problem lies in optimization or metadata parsing.

I hope you are using the supported CAD format files while importing into Vuforia Studio.

Would also check the model complexity and ensure it is within the limit.

Without using the CAD optimizer its working fine, but I want to optimize the file size. Also I am using pvz published from creo illustrate so there should not any problem about CAD file format.
