Finding the API-Key

Hi, I'm having a hard time getting an API-Key from our newly licensed VIP License.

We just got a VIP Vuforia Engine VIP License for our company, and I already performed the first steps (account activation with SON).

What I wanted to do next is getting an API-Key, which can be used for the Unity plugin. What I see is the Product + SON and SCN...

Can someone tell me where I can find the API-Key?

PS: I already asked similar questions in the vuforia dev forum (no success yet)

Here is the answer from "Vuforia Engine Support", quote: "You will need help from our internal team to get this sorted out.

Please reach out to the Billing team by filling out this form: https://developer.vuforia.com/support/contact/billing

I would advise you to specify both account e-mails; dev portal and from the esupport portal for which you have the VIP license".

    Hi @DR_9623939 

    Once the license is paid, it takes a couple of days for it to be provisioned to your vuforia engine developer account by the licensing team. 

    The license key is available under your vuforia engine account -> Develop -> License Manager.

     

    To avoid the confusion, you have a license key, the API-key is relevant when using the Cloud Reco feature from Vuforia Engine. 

     

    If after a couple of days, you do not see the VIP license under your account, please contact the licensing team, using this link: https://developer.vuforia.com/support/contact/cloud -> Please select by the mandatory field Category-> License Manager.

     

    On another note, would it be possible to share on what AR experiences are you working on?
