Help! Having difficulty using ThingWorx Studio

Hello,

I just started my trial with ThingWorx Studio. I have downloaded and installed the software. When I attempt to complete the sample Quadcopter project, the canvas area just shows up grey, I cannot see anything that is in it. The same thing happens if I try and create a new project.

Does anybody know what I'm doing wrong?

@James, I've noticed this issue when I tried in Firefox or IE. Restarting the application and accessing through Chrome browser solved the issue.

Thank you for helping, I have tried this multiple times on chrome. I have also tried on Opera and Safari and have had no luck. Anything else you might have tried that did the trick?
