HOLOLENS EXPERIENCE : the overall scenary is very dark

When we experience a product mostly colored in in grey , the overall scenary looks very dark

we tried severall tests in our physical office room ( with light up , down , with or without natural light ..) , it still very dark

do we have a way to add spots of fine tune the scene light ?

This is no behavior that is specific to Thingworx view.

Have you seen the Microsoft Menus in the hololens? Same as dark - the quality / intensity of the holograms is really not as best on hololens.

Have you set your hololens to highest brightness (on the device)?
