How do you connect to server?

Jonathan Glenn​: I hope you are using Trial Studio instance and make sure username/password are correct. Login to Studio Portal and use same login credentials for 'Portal Login' configuration in ThingWorx Studio.

Could you please share the Studio application log with error message received while doing auto configure.

most probably because you

a) haven't setup the companies proxy in studio

b) the proxy doesn't allow the connection to our trial servers?

Sharing the log will help us to debug
