How to import gif or avi file in AR experience

Hi,

I have a usecase where I have to display an animation on the top of my real object. Means, I have an gif or avi file that I want to be displayed in my AR experience in 3D panel. But in thingworx studio I cant import it in 3D model or 3D image. Is there any solution how to do it. I have attached files as well. Please help with probable solutions if any. And is it possible to get an image to  be displayed in AR from cloud.

Unfortunately both gif and avi files are not supported. I would suggest to convert the avi file to mp4 or webm format and use it in 2D video widget.

For the gif file, you can always make use of IMAGE URL widget and play it in the experience. I was able to play the gif file using its url.
