How to increase Thingworx service time out

Hi all,

 

I'm trying to load some data from Thingworx to Vuforia env, sometimes service execution takes 77-120 sec which causes time out error in Vuforia. 

 

Is there any possible way to increase service time out  ?

 

Error Message:

Error executing service SERVICE. Message :: Timed out APIRequestMessage [requestId: 276, endpointId: -1, sessionId: -1, method: POST, entityName: *THING@HOST, characteristic: Services, target: SERVICEForCloud]

Hi,

If you are using ThingWorx 8.5, I suggest increasing ThingWorx service script timeout per article CS321502 , then restart Thingworx service to get effect.
