How to increase Thingworx service time out

Hi,

I followed the article CS321502.

I added "ScriptTimeout" settings , as it was not already specified in the platform-settings.json file .

But Thingworx service is not restarting up after that. can you please help.

thingworx version in use : 8.5.18
