Yeah this doesn't exist. I have heard mention that this is being worked on for the future of the Creo AR but have not heard any target date for it.

Right, there's nothing like this OOTB right now. You would have to develop your own system for doing this, using data stored in Thingworx to manage coordination between viewers. I've done a little bit along this line with a proof-of-concept level "chat window" that lets users viewing an experience at the same time type messages to each other in close to real time within the experience. But it takes a fair amount of work to implement something like this.
