How to view the experience on iphone x from secured on-prem ES server.

Hello,

 

We have deployed the Experience service on-premises and tested experience on iphone device through http connection.

 

After that we have deployed the self-signed certificate on ES service and configured the Vuforia Studio with Env variable and vuforia view with profile setting but not able to see the experience in Vuforia view app.

 

Can somebody tell the reason. why we can't see the experience on iphone

Hello,

 

I have some questions :

  • Were you able to see the Experience in Vuforia View before moving in HTTPS ?
  • Are you able to ping the Vuforia Experience Service with this URL https://<server>/ExperienceService/ping ? (Replace <server> by your Vuforia Experience Service)

Yes, before HTTPS , we could see the experience on device.
After after implementation of self signed certificate we could ping ES URL on device but couldn't see the experience on device.
