I have a drop down that is connected to models. How do I get the selected models to appear when chosen?

I have a drop-down widget that has a list on it of the models. How do I make the models appear whenever selected?

Also, when in the preview the drop-down list can be viewed, but not in the mobile experience whenever scanned with a phone. How do I fix this?
