Impossible to configure VS Trial

Hello, I have a problem while connecting to my account to configure Vuforia Studio I have an eroor "Application not found", the description of the of the error.

PS: I tried to uninstall and install again but it doesn't work.

Hello @sdidier, I found where the problem comes from, it is because my cnnexion was bocked so i just installed VFS in another computer connected to another network and all work properly.

Hello,

 

  • Does Vuforia Studio is present in Windows Explorer in this folder %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\VuforiaStudio\studio-download.vuforia.io ?
  • What is the size of this studio-download.vuforia.io folder ?
  • What do you have in the folder %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\PTC Inc ?
  • Does an antivirus is installed on this workstation ?

  • Vuforia studio is not in the folder %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\VuforiaStudio\studio-download.vuforia.io 

 

  • The size of studio-download.vuforia.io is 465 Mo.

 

  • I have Vuforia studio .exe in the folder %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\PTC Inc .

 

  • Yes i have an antivirus installed on this workstation.

I guess Vuforia Studio is not installed in the correct folder ?

If Vuforia Studio is not in this folder %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\VuforiaStudio\studio-download.vuforia.io  where is located in your computer ?
