Issues with AR Image in Hololens 2

Hi,

 

I've published a project from Vuforia Studio to Hololens 2, but the image displayed in the Hololens are not same as in preview. Supposedly, the front face of the model should facing towards camera, but it currently facing down. 

 

How can I solve this issue?

Hi @KM_01 ,  

better to understand your  issue - could you  ,please, provide further details about the problem e.g. :

- what do you mean AR image? Is the general appearance of you 3d Model (model + modelItem widget)s or did you means some 3DImage widgets.

- e.g. some picture will be helpful where we can see the difference e.g. one in preview versus another showing the display on HoloLens 2.

- one possibly is , I think - if you use in your model some render definitions – these definition could work fine in preview and on mobile devices but will not work on HoloLens. I think in this case we have a new HoloLens feature what we can alternatively use.
