label value = undefined after scanning thingmarx

Hi all,

               I  am able to see the values or properties when i preview my thingworx studio project, but i am not able to see those values after scanning the Thingmarx.

Hi Pravin, Are you pulling these values from the ThingWorx platform? Does the rest of your experience show when scanning the ThingMark?

Hi,

          yes we are pulling the values from Thingworx platform.But the thing is that we are able to see the labels and it associated value in preview screen in           Thingworx studio,But     

          when we scan the thingmarx we are able to see the model but not the values on the labels it showing as undefined.
