[License] Studio

Hey community!

I have a gold support package but my account on Thingworx Studio is trial. This incurs in some limitations. Shouldn't I have a non trial version of the product?

    @drmtc In case you have purchased commercial license for Studio product then would have got a separate URLs for the instance. Trial program is a separate free to use restricted environment.

     

    If you have concern over the package or have queries request to reach out the Account representative( internal/PTC Sales) for clarifications.
