Live Data is not shown in HoloLens

Hi everybody,

I created a HoloLens experience and included live data. When scanning the ThingMark with the HoloLens everything else is loaded correctly but the live data is not shown at all. In the preview it works fine instead. All text colours are white (not black which would be rendered transparent). Is this a bug or do I need to change settings?

Make sure you configure the public access to ThingWorx Data​ especially for the TWX data you're using. I assume, you have the right service configurations (on startup etc.,)

thats the correct answer.

Public access must be granted to all the entities that are needed to update.
