Mac OS - update of Vuforia Studio asks for username and password

I wanted to to update Vuforia Studio on my Mac since the "update available" message was shown in the UI.

I i click on "Download Now" I am prompted by Microsoft Edge to insert an Username and a Password.

My PTC account credentials are not working.

What credentials should I use for the update?

Please use the same credential as in PTC eSupport web site.

I suppose that you don't have any problem to connect to PTC esupport web page.

Do you have any problem to download last version of Vuforia Studio directly from PTC Download page ?
