Missing Expirience Service URL/ Cannot connect to my account

Hallo community and PTC Support-Team, 

Recently I downloaded a trial-version of the Vuforia Studio and playing around with it. 
However, my problem is, i cannot connect to my trial-account and test my "experiences" on the view-app.
I found out, that i should get or have an "Expirence Service URL" but I never got one...

 

Can i got some help with this?

Hi @Ceraphim,

Could you please try the 'Portal login' option available in Vuforia Studio home page( in the top right corner click on 3 dots '... '-> Portal Login) to configure the Experience Service URL. Enter the Studio credentials and click 'Configure'.

It will configure your ES URL and will also retrieve the ThingMarks. To confirm this, go to settings and you can see the ES URL configured in Default Experience Service URL field.
