missing widget definition，make sure extensions are installed correctly：twx-view

Hi all

I have just begun the thingworx studio trial.

After install the studio，I tried to create a project,but there occurs some errors。(refer to the pic pls）

I wonder maybe I missed some necessary settings ...can anyone give me some advice？

The listed error (as seen in the subject) looks different from the one in the error log. can you please provide details about the issue that you are facing? So, you were able to install ThingWorx Studio application and unable to access or create a project? is it correct? If so, what error does it prompt?

1.you were able to install ThingWorx Studio application and unable to access or create a project?

⇒be able to access but failed to create a project.

2.The log file is also got from the Open UI(view logs).

3.About the details:

open the studio⇒create project（AR）⇒error message occur：

Localhost:3000

Missing Widget definition,make sure extensions are installed correctly:twx-view

⇒close the message go on to add *.pvz(upload resource)⇒once close the add resources window there is nothing (3d model) in the canvas

Hi Jiayue Hu​, ThingWorx installation is not required on local system.

ThingWorx is already installed on the Server and is connected to the ThingWorx Studio Experience service.

Could you please confirm if you have configured the Experience service url in the ThingWorx Studio?

To do it automatically; just click on the three dots ... at the Top Right of your ThingWorx Studio project creation page and click on portal login. Enter your credentials for ThingWorx Studio – Unleash your imagination.

Now check the settings from three dots ... if it shows the Experience service URL. If it prompts for credentials enter the credentials for your Experience Serice URL that you must have received in the Welcome email.
