Mixed Reality Capture problem

Hi,

Has anyone else noticed a problem using the Microsoft Mixed Reality Capture after updating HoloLens to the version 10.0.14393.1593? One of our HoloLens has just been updates to this latest (12th September 2017) version and since that update, the Mixed Reality Capture function no longer works or connects. Or perhaps I am just unlucky???

I was able to access Mixed Reality capture page. Are you facing a problem in specific, something like unable to record or live preview?

Hi Giri,

Problem solved! After the HoloLens updated to its new version of firmware, the reason that I was not able to connect to the Mixed Reality Capture was because the HoloLens automatically defaulted back to its "non-developer" status. Once I reset the HoloLens to utilize the Developer mode, I had instant connection. Apologies on not posting that I resolved the issue Giri, but all good now!
