Object (or CAD model) tracking in AR

Is it possible to track an object based on its CAD model in AR using Thingworx Studio? I saw a presentation from the 2017 AWE conference that claimed model tracking was a capability but I have not actually seen it as an option listed for Thingworx Studio or in a tutorial.

hmckee​: I believe this feature is still Work in Progress and should be available in future Studio Releases. However, I am checking internally to see if we have any more details on it availability.

hmckee​: I checked this with Product team and confirm that is not yet available in Studio, but is work in progress. We anticipate releasing this capability in the first quarter of 2018.

Studio released Model Tracking as a beta in the 8.1.3 release!
