problem upgrading Vuforia Studio

Hello,

I have had Vuforia Studio all throughout 2018, and most updates came automatically in this window:

But since 8.2.3, I have not received any updates. I even manually tried update through this:

but got an error message stating "Oh no! The update failed. Check the logs for more information."
