Publish to PVZ : You dont have permission to save to this location.

Hello,

We have signed up for the Studio trial and also using the Creo Illustrate to build the sequences. But while trying to publish the file from Illustrate to a pvz file. I am getting the following error :  Publish to PVZ : You dont have permission to save to this location.

It does not seem to to be any permission issue form the IT side( as I have checked ), is it a known issue on the illustrate side?
