pvz made in Creo Parametric, with envelope parts, empty in ThingWorx Studio

When i make a PVZ export in Creo Parametric, of a rep with envelope parts the model is empty in ThingWorx Studio.

Same export, but master rep, model is ok in Studio.

One problem, my models are to big to load in master rep

When i export in Creo 4 a A.R., no problem, envelope parts are shown.

How big is the the pvz file and the included polygons (modelitems)? Ideally studio provides best view for a model with 200k polygons. If it is big did you please try cad optimizer in studio?

size 15mb, master 35mb

If i export the master model, more polygons and details, it is loading in Studio.

If i make a envelope part (with quilts and surface's) noting is shown in Studio, cad optimizer makes 3 models all empty.

(had the same problem with creo view on the Ipad, but that is solved by PTC, mod rcp file creo parametric)

That sounds odd, because 35mb isn't a big file. If possible, can you please send the pvz file ?

Koen, isn't it "solved"?

1 SPR raised - to be corrected in future versions of Creo View Adapter and Creo Parametric...

and one workaround
