Reset User experience

I am a PTC partnet and I have a client that forgot their username and password to publish experiences of vuforia studio, he only acquired a studio so he can not reset his user from thingworx, is there a way to reset his user to publish?

Hello,

 

It depends where is hosted the Vuforia Experience Service.

Is it a trial version or hosted by PTC Cloud ?

 

If it is a trial, please follow these steps :

If it is a service hosted by PTC Cloud, your client should open a case to have a reset of his password or to ask his Administrator (who has received credentials from PTC to do that)
