resetting experience server credentials

I am not able to publish my experiences and when asked for my credentials it does not accept them.  How do I reset the credentials?

Hi Darren. Are you participating in the Trial? If so, your PTC credentials should be used for publishing. Are you able to use the portal login option within Studio? You can reset your PTC account password here: Password
