Studio Developer Qualifications for job posting

I'm curious what people would put on a job posting if they were looking to hire someone to develop Studio Experiences full time? I have a feeling that finding someone with actually experience in Studio is unlikely given how small the developer base seems.

 

Here is what I'm thinking in order of importance

  • Required
    • JS, ideally AngularJS
    • CSS
  • Preffered
    • Vuforia Studio
    • Creo Illustrate
    • Creo Parametric
    • Adobe Illustrator / InkScape)

Other detail could be : Good to have skills -

Experience in Computer Vision and 3D Modelling & Visualization.

Worked on any wearable devices like HoloLens, Realwear hmt-1, etc.

Exposure on Mobile OS - Android, iOS, Windows

Exposure on IoT Platform & Cloud Technologies - ThingWorx, AWS, Azure

 

Apart for this usually one generally prefers to have someone who has some functional expertise on same/similar Domain the organization is looking to build/work on Experiences.

 

These are just my thoughts and things may vary depending upon experience & specific business need.
