ThingMarks were not retrived from developer portal

Hello,

When I try to access my three ThingMarks with the trial I just started, they do not get generated. When I click "here" as requested, it takes me to a configure page to log in to my account. This configure page only keeps loading and does not get anywhere. However, the ThingMarx never get generated. Please advice and see the screenshots.

Hi @MateusMunhoz ,

you can try to stop studio then  to delete history in you browser and try again to connect to https://trial.studio.vuforia.com/login/

and start Studio again. If issue still persist then click the link "ContactUs"
