ThingWorx Composer not showing any entities

I am getting the above error while starting the composer.

Can anyone please check internally?

Could you make sure if your user session is time out? Try to log out and log in again see if the issue persists?

I have tried logging out and logging in several times. But the same problem persists.

Is this a PTC hosted instance (Trial or Commercial) or local instance?

If it is a PTC hosted instance (Commercial); I will suggest you to open a case with PTC for this issue.

Hi Dipika Sengupta​,

If this is the hosted trial instance, try to login developer.thingworx.com and check your trial server status:

Try to Start Foundation Server and see if issue is gone.
