ThingWorx Pilot instance down

Since yesterday my pilot serveris down, I do not have access to Thingworx, see my demos in Twx view or publish in Studio.

Could you help me or point me in the right direction to someone who can take a look at the issue?

Yes I got contacted by Moritz and some other people from PTC, my issue is now fixed.
