Thingworx View x Hololens , sleep mode

Question

I posted an experience x Hololens at a customer about a year ago, and it worked great, now for a strange reason when it is loaded by hololens, start loading, but at some point thingworx view  hololens stops working and goes to sleep. How can I understand what the problem is? is there a way to see a log file or some other method, to understand the type of error?

Hello,

Yes, the best way is to collect the log of Vuforia View in Hololens.

Please follow these steps :

In Hololens, close Vuforia View
Open a web browser
Navigate to device portal by entering the IP address of HoloLens. if it is the first time, it will be necessary to follow these steps to enable the access: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/mixed-reality/using-the-windows-device-portal
Select File Explorer > Camera Roll from left side menu
Download latest log file
