Unable to connect to experience service

I have an experience service server. It can be connected from Vuforia Studio. The experiences can be uploaded to server successfully. I noticed the upload projects on the server folder. The problem is Vuforia Viewer on my Android device scanned the thingmark and reported it can not connect to experience service. Does anyone know what's possible reason?
