Unable to get sequence to run on Hololens

Hololens Version: 10.0.17134.11

Vuforia Studio Version: 8.23.3224

Creo Illustrate 5.0 

 

I am trying to get an Illustrate sequence to play on the hololens but I am not having any success. It is just 1 sequence (I have tried creating the sequence in Illustrate 5.0 and 4.0), that I have mapped to an upward swipe gesture in Vuforia/Thinworx Studio. When previewing the experience, everything works perfectly but when viewed on the Hololens, nothing happens. I know the gesture is working as I have mapped it to another function and that works fine.  

 

Has anyone got any thoughts on what I could try to resolve this?
