Unable to install Creo as part of Thingworx studio

Hello,

I'm trying to install Creo as part of our Thingworx Studio pilot program. I'm using the ThingWorx Studio getting started guide and was able to get the license and creo install files. When I run the installer I get an error in the log files saying "The system cannot find the path specified. " but don't know how to fix it. I'm using Java jre 1.8.0_111 to run the installer.

Hi Steven,

When you are installing Creo, are there any error messages or pop-up warnings, during the installation process?  If so, please send an image of this.

Hi,

Yes at 4% in the installation gives an error message saying installation failed with Error 1. It tells me there may be a log file in the user TEMP directory but that one isn't present, instead I found the one I have attached in my original post.
