Hi,

I recently updated Studio. I am not able to publish, delete projects thereafter. Receiving "Error occurred, check log". How to fix this?

When I try this: (from your log file)

No response. Could check please the url of your ES

Also I find 2 url in settings.

I am sorry but no one of the shown URL are active. The one is e46... .vuforia.io is a very old link over 1 Jahr and is not in the trial list

The second one 9c1c2kid.studio-trial.thingworx.io seem to be the correct one but it has status DECOMMISSIONED

The problem of your trial license is the following : the Date of Provisioned was the 20.06.2018 vor 182 days = 19 Dec. 2018 and I think not the update is the problem. You need to contact the PTC admin to extend or to renew your trial program.
