Unable to publish experience in trial version of vuforia studio

Hi,

 

I am not able to publish the experience in trial version of vuforia studio.It gives me popup to enter my user credentials. In spite of entering the UN and PWD more than 20-30 times, still not able to publish.

Please help!!!

Could you please provide me the below mention things so that i can check this:

1) Your Experience service URL.

2) Username by which you login on studio.thingworx.com

3) Screenshot when you login on studio.thingworx.com

We need to check if your trail version is still active or has expired.

 

Do let me know in case of any question.

Are you able to access https://4fe05c07d69450b2.studio-trial.vuforia.io/ExperienceService directly and log in? These would be the same credentials used to sign up for the trial. Are you using Studio behind a corporate proxy?

Hello,

 

In the error log file, we found this error multiple times :

 code: 'ETIMEDOUT',
 errno: 'ETIMEDOUT',
 syscall: 'connect',
 address: '54.164.59.221',
 port: 443 } null 200
