Update/Delete Experience downloaded on Hololens 2

Hi everyone!

How can I delete/update experiences downloaded in Vuforia View for offline viewing? I know that there is instruction which says:

1. Hover over the experience in the list.
2. Use the pinch (hold) gesture to view the menu.
3. Select Update or Delete.

Put when I hovered over the experience to use gesture nothing happened. I always end up in opening experience which I want to delete/update. It's easy on mobile device but difficult on Hololens 2.

Is there any different way to do this, maybe some voice command?

Hi,

Problem solved, I was using wrong gesture to do it. You have to hold your index finger on downloaded Experience, not try to "click" it 😉

Hello,

 

We recently had the same problem and in our case we were in the wrong menu:

 

Did you go to the offline Experiences list before using the gestures? (Voice command "Hey View" - "Show Downloads").
There, the gesture should provide visual feedback on the experience name, after which the corresponding menu for updating and deleting opens.

Hi there!

Sorry for a late replay. Yes I am sure I was in downloads menu. According to PTC Support I should do these steps to delete/update experience:

1. Hover over the experience in the list.
2. Use the pinch (hold) gesture to view the menu.
3. Select Update or Delete.

When I hover over the experience it "pop-out" a little bit but when I use pinch gesture I don't see any additional menu to update/delete experience. You can see yourself in a video below. Maybe I do it in a wrong way?
