have a look at the gallery of matterport. I am really sure it was created with their platform

PTC has a partnership with matterport. Looks like it has been created with one of the better cameras, not with a tablet.

but, on which platform does the functionality is made. eg on click of any of the white hotspots it moves further towards that particular place.
