Vuforia Studio keeps giving me "Uh oh publish failed" errors.

I am running into issues where after I publish a project once or twice, I run into a "uh oh publish failed" error that can only be avoided by creating a new version of my project either by save as or export/import. Is there a way to avoid having to do this every couple times I publish? Has anyone else run into this or is this just my computer? This is Vuforia version 9.10.0.5801

Sometimes the error is
