Vuforia Studio "Validate" problem

Cannot "Publish" to Vuforia Experience.

Below is the error message :

Hello,

 

It seems the proxy setup cannot be reach and a timeout occurs.

  • What do you have as settings ?
  1. in Vuforia Home page > ... buttons
  2. In the popup menu, in Settings menu
  3. In the Settings dialogbox, what are the values for the fields: Proxy Server, Proxy User and Proxy Password
  • In Command Prompt, are you able to ping this address 10.76.68.192 ?

Hello, 

 

In your second screenshot, it is strange to have the error message Failed to authorize experience service.

 

I have checked this URL in my web browser at PTC.

I have a Gitlab logo with 404 error.
