Vuforia trial edition configuration failed after login

Hi,

I am trying to set up a small PoC based on the courses, but when I open Vuforia Studio and login with my credentials the configuration fails. I have attached the error logs. 

From the logs it seems that it cannot get the Thingmarks and this ties me to not being able to demonstrate your stack to our customer.

I would appreciate some quick help on this issue.
