Vuforia view changing view error

Hi,

I have an issue where when changing view on iPad, it launches a website and asked to authenticate my log in. After logging in its a blank page.

 

This only happens when changing view.

Did you have access to the experience? Or you can set the experience to public before publishing for a try.

By the way, Vuforia View log may be needed to figure out what is going on per article CS283816. If no enough information is there in the log,  enable Vuforia View verbose to trace a new log per article CS306191.

    check your access in studio info tab and make it public . by this way your problem may get resolved
