Vuforia View in Hololens Trimble XR10, voice commands don't work

Hi all,

 

I have tested a 3D Eyewear Project in Hololens Trimble XR10. and the voice commands don't work , like 

“Hey View, download experience.”“Hey View, exit.”“Hey View, show Library.” etc.

and I have upgraded the vuforia view to version 99.15.7390.0.

 

(System voice commands work fine, like "Restart device","Shutdown device" )

 

Do I missed some setting in Vuforia View?

Hi, maybe the app is not allowed to access the microphone. You can change that under Settings > Apps > Vuforia View > Advanced options.

Maybe your device is set to another language so View would only understand commands in that language (if supported).

@sebben ,Hi In fact ,My hololens system language is chinese, and system voice commands are worked fine.
I have checked  Vuforia View settings and it has all access.

Did you try voice commands in chinese? You can find them here:

If it doesn't work I would try a reinstallation of the app.
