when trying to add external data in thingworx studio, local host 3000 says:internal server error, please help!

I am going through the blue pump case in the thingworx studio tutorial. After drag the 3D label onto the canvas, trying to add external data, met the following error, please help!

Hi Xiuqing Xing​,

Are you able to access the ThingWorx url directly?

The url would be something like https://xxxxxxxx.pp.vuforia.io:8443/Thingworx/Composer/index.html

where xxxxxxxx is your Experience Server domain.

Also, please share the Studio logs for review.

when I login to thinkworx, my url is  https://developer.thingworx.com/dashboard

There are a lots of this kind of message as attached here in thinkworx log file when trying to add external data for the 3D label.

https://developer.thingworx.com/dashboard is different than the Experience Service ThingWorx.

Could you please share your Experience service url received in the Welcome email?

Yes, try accessing the following url:

https://1nchzpnn.pp.vuforia.io:8443/Thingworx/Composer

Credentials same as ThingWorx Studio.

Please share the complete ThingWorx and ThingWorx Studio logs

That's the issue. I am able to access that url.

Are you able to access the experience service url?

Are you using any proxy to connect to Experience url?

Try from a network outside your VPN/firewall.
