Whoops! Error loading Experience

Have installed vuforia Experience server on-premises,

Have checked.

  1. validated ES Url in vuforia studio -info.
  2. Mobile is in network with the host server.
  3. correct ES URL Set in mobile: " HTTP://<ipaddressofhost>:2019 "
  4. The firewall is off & ports are free & listening.
  5. ES is also pinging from the mobile.

In spite of all these checks I am getting an error: Whoops! Error loading Experience.

the above thread did not help.

followed the same procedure by changing the domain ID resolver, but did not help.
