Account has been reset by PTC!

Hello,

 

The account is blocked.

It is needed to open a case to have an unlock.

 

Did you contact your administrator to open a case at PTC about that ?

I'm having problem with ThingWorx/Vuforia Studio only, other ptc accounts works
