PTC Community Champion Program
What is a PTC Community Champion?
A Champion is a PTC Community Member that has shown a track record of providing helpful advice and is a regular positive contributor to the community. Champions are members that also interact closely with the PTC Community Team advocating for improvements for the overall community experience via constructive feedback, regular surveys, and working sessions.
PTC Community Champions help other members directly through sharing their expertise to provide product solutions and by being an advocate for all things community! You should always feel comfortable utilizing our Feedback board, Contacting PTC Community Management or using the “Report” button, but Champions will advocate for you as well! Think of the Champions as your special ambassadors to the PTC Community Management Team.
How do I recognize a PTC Community Champion?
A PTC Community Champion has a laurel wreath around their profile picture.
Why would I want to be a Community Champion?
Community members accept their Champion role in the PTC Community because they enjoy helping other members and the PTC Community Management Team. There are other benefits shared privately with Champions as well in recognition of their efforts.
How can I be a PTC Community Champion?
To be nominated into the PTC Community Champion program, candidates frequently contribute and provide solutions, follow the guidelines of the PTC Community Terms of Service, and maintain a friendly tone while interacting with community members and moderators. If you desire to be a Champion, please let a PTC Community Management Team member or an existing Champion know for the next program session.
